CRIS Annual Progress Reports
All research projects
are entered into the CRIS (Current Research Information System) database
in Washington where they are available to fellow research scientists,
administrators and to the public worldwide in the CRISTEL online file
(http://cristel.csrees.usda.gov)
Progress reports, completed via the CRIS Web site, are required every
calendar year for each project in the CRIS system. These reports document
the overall progress of the project.
Principal investigators
will receive special information from MAES around mid-December of each
year regarding the process. This information will include instructions
for completing the report on the CRIS Web site as well as the time frame
PI's have for getting their report(s) submitted (5-6 weeks).
For further information
on the annual progress report, or for help completing it, contact Linda
Haubert, MAES at 5-0123.
